When visiting Bill’s Golfland in Rostraver Township, I noticed there are a lot of nice neighborhoods in Rostraver Township that are eligible for 100% financing with the USDA Mortgage Loan Program. 

Rostraver Township USDA Loan 

USDA Mortgages have geographic restrictions.  Not all areas of Westmoreland County are eligible.  The USDA only allows their program in areas considered rural.  In reality, most non-metro areas are zoned as eligible.   The USDA has zoned Rostraver Township as eligible for their USDA Rural Development Loan Program.

In addition to Rostraver Township, all other areas of the Belle Vernon School District are also eligible for the USDA Rural Development Loan Program. Other areas of Westmoreland County that are eligible for the USDA Program can be found at the Westmoreland County USDA page.
