Lancaster County USDA Loan

What areas of Lancaster County are eligible for the USDA Mortgage Program?

The borough of Columbia on the Susquehanna River has also been excluded from USDA eligibility. Outside of these two areas, the rest of Lancaster County is geographically eligible for the No Down Payment USDA Mortgage Program. The area in between Lancaster and Columbia that runs along Route 30 and includes the town of Mountville is USDA eligible.
