What areas of Northampton County are eligible for the USDA Mortgage Program?
As expected, the heavily populated region running from Bethlehem to Easton along the the Route 22 and Interstate 78 corridor is not eligible for USDA Financing. Just north of Route 22 and just south of I-78, the entire county of Northampton does become USDA Eligible.

Documented Child Care Expenses for household members under the age of 13
Documented Medical/Disability Expenses for household members age 62 or older (this deduction is allowable if the expense exceeds 3% of the household income)
